More recently I have integrated acrylics , and mixed media into my art style, Which is abstract realism, with a focus on the design and story of creation all the way to the final days of completion By the Ancient of Days. Meet The Artist
Sandra Vasilenko is a Canadian based visual artist, who works from her studio near Sussex New Brunswick. Born and Raised and continues to reside near Sussex , with her husband, 3 grown Children and several grandchildren. Born to a long line of artists , all self taught, receiving much instruction from her grandfather while growing up, And now she creates intuitive abstract realism art. Each painting is created with much thought and prayer and meant to express the deeper stories of the scriptures, inviting the viewer to discover the symbolism found within. Her intent is meant to encourage and uplift and hopefully touch the heart of the observer . Sandra paints mainly in Oils with some mixed media added.
